I can't remember my i GET IT username or password?
Follow the link Forgot Password and choose the "forgot password" text in the login box. Your user account information will be emailed to you.
What are the requirements to use i GET IT?
- Broadband Internet Connection
- Browsers: Internet Explorer 6, 7, 8; FireFox 2.x, 3.x; Safari
- Adobe Flash Player 10.x (Get the latest FlashPlayer)
- 1024 x 768 Screen Resolution
How do I edit my Learning Path?
- Navigate to the Edit tab and navigate to the desired software version/type and click on the gray arrow to drop down the courses in each
- When you find your desired course, please select the course and DRAG & DROP it into your Learning Path, and click Save. (Note- to add more than one course, hold down the Ctrl key while selecting the courses)
- When you are ready to begin the course/assessment, go back to the View tab select the course/assessment and click the Start button
Why can I not view my Learning Path, a black box appears instead?
The Learning Path requires users to have Adobe Flash version 8.0 or higher. To download the Flash Player, go to: http://www.adobe.com
How long is my subscription good for?
One full year with unlimited access to your purchased training courses and social network.
What's the difference between i GET IT Engineer and i GET IT Professional account types?
An i GET IT Professional is one-year subscribed member to their purchased training courses and assessments, including online course authoring tools, community tips, forums and other features. An i GET IT Engineer is a free account with access to sample courses, including access to community tips and forums.
Does my training come in any other format than online access?
i GET IT is an online training portal, we do not offer downloads, DVD's, CD's. There are Enterprise solutions avilable, including dedicated hosting and network installation options.
